Check all necessary components. Check battery and saw that the battery installed is the incorrect battery for this vehicle. It needs the AGM battery for this hybrid vehicle. Informed customer that the battery needs to be replaced.
- BATTERY SERVICE: CLEAN CORRODED BATTERY. REMOVE AND REPLACE BATTERY. MAKE SURE ALL WIRES ARE INSERTED INTO PROPER CAVITIES. RE-ASSEMBLE BACK TOGETHER. CONNECT BATTERY. MAKE SURE ALL OTHER WIRES ARE HARNESSED PROPERLY. TEST ALL AFFECTED SYSTEM.
