- ENGINE OIL AND FILTER CHANGE – Drain old engine oil, replace oil filter, and refill with manufacturer-recommended oil to ensure optimal engine performance and longevity. TIRE INSPECTION AND INFLATION CHECK – Inspect all tires for wear, damage, and proper tread depth. Adjust tire pressure to the manufacturer’s recommended PSI for even wear and safe handling. BRAKE COMPONENT INSPECTION – Examine brake pads, rotors, and calipers for wear or damage. Check brake fluid
- REMOVED AND REPLACED THE ENGINE AIR FILTER. THE OLD FILTER WAS DIRTY AND CLOGGED, WHICH CAN RESTRICT AIRFLOW TO THE ENGINE AND AFFECT PERFORMANCE, FUEL EFFICIENCY, AND EMISSIONS. INSTALLED A NEW FILTER TO HELP ENSURE OPTIMAL AIRFLOW, IMPROVE ENGINE EFFICIENCY, AND MAINTAIN PROPER COMBUSTION.
- Confirmed the customer's complaint and found the blower motor was inoperative. Switched the HVAC blower motor speed from low to high, used a multi-meter to check for power and ground at the HVAC blower motor connector and found power and ground were not present. Inspected the HVAC blower motor fuse, wiring and connections but found no faults. Used the multi-meter to measure the resistance at the HVAC blower motor resistor module and found the measured resistance was out of limits, which indicated the HVAC blower motor resistor module was faulty. Used a set of fused jumper wires to apply power and ground to the HVAC blower motor and found the motor was inoperative, which verified the HVAC blower motor was faulty.
- REMOVE ALL NECESSARY COMPONENTS TO GAIN FULL ACCESS TO THE BLOWER MOTOR AND BLOWER MOTOR REGULATOR, INCLUDING ANY UNDERDASH PANELS, COVERS, OR WIRING CONNECTORS THAT MAY BE IN THE WAY. CAREFULLY DISCONNECT ALL ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS AND MOUNTING HARDWARE SECURING THE EXISTING BLOWER MOTOR AND REGULATOR. REMOVE THE OLD UNITS AND INSTALL NEW BLOWER MOTOR AND REGULATOR, ENSURING PROPER ALIGNMENT AND CONNECTION OF ALL ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS. AT THE SAME TIME, REMOVE AND REPLACE THE CABIN AIR FILTER TO ENSURE CLEAN AIRFLOW THROUGH THE VEHICLE’S VENTILATION SYSTEM. REASSEMBLE ALL REMOVED PARTS AND MAKE ANY NECESSARY ADJUSTMENTS TO ENSURE A PROPER FIT. ONCE INSTALLATION IS COMPLETE, TEST SYSTEM FUNCTION AT ALL FAN SPEEDS TO CONFIRM SMOOTH OPERATION AND RESTORE FULL CLIMATE CONTROL FUNCTIONALITY.
- REMOVE FRONT BRAKE ROTORS REPLACE FRONT BRAKE PADS REPLACE FRONT BRAKE ROTORS ASSEMBLE BACK TOGETHER
- REMOVE AND REPLACE THE FRONT RIGHT AXLE ASSEMBLY. BEGIN BY SAFELY LIFTING AND SUPPORTING THE VEHICLE. REMOVE ALL NECESSARY COMPONENTS, SUCH AS THE WHEEL, BRAKE CALIPER, AND AXLE NUT, TO GAIN FULL ACCESS TO THE AXLE. DISCONNECT THE AXLE FROM THE HUB ASSEMBLY AND TRANSMISSION, THEN CAREFULLY REMOVE THE EXISTING AXLE. INSTALL THE NEW AXLE ASSEMBLY, ENSURING PROPER ENGAGEMENT WITH THE TRANSMISSION AND HUB. TORQUE ALL HARDWARE TO MANUFACTURER SPECIFICATIONS. REASSEMBLE ALL REMOVED COMPONENTS AND VERIFY THAT EVERYTHING IS SECURE. COMPLETE THE JOB WITH A TEST DRIVE TO CONFIRM PROPER FUNCTION AND SMOOTH OPERATION.
