- Confirmed the customer's complaint and found the right front window did not operate. Inspected the right front window tracks and found no obvious faults. Removed the right front door panel to inspect the right front window components and found the right front window regulator was damaged.
- REMOVE ALL NECESSARY COMPONENTS ON THE FRONT RIGHT DOOR PANEL TO GAIN ACCESS TO WINDOW REGULATOR AND MOTOR. REMOVE AND REPLACE WINDOW REGULATOR W/ MOTOR. ASSEMBLE TOGETHER AND MAKE ALL NECESSARY ADJUSTMENTS. TEST ALL AFFECTED AREAS.
- ENGINE OIL AND FILTER CHANGE – Drain old engine oil, replace oil filter, and refill with manufacturer-recommended oil to ensure optimal engine performance and longevity. TIRE INSPECTION AND INFLATION CHECK – Inspect all tires for wear, damage, and proper tread depth. Adjust tire pressure to the manufacturer’s recommended PSI for even wear and safe handling. BRAKE COMPONENT INSPECTION – Examine brake pads, rotors, and calipers for wear or damage. Check brake fluid
