- Confirmed the customer's complaint and found that the engine stalled. Performed an inspection of the fuel system but found no faults. Visually inspected the air intake system and detected no obvious faults. Connected a smoke machine to the engine intake manifold, induced smoke into the system, and found no leaks. Performed an inspection of the throttle body and found that the throttle body was coated in carbon deposits. REMOVE ALL NECESSARY COMPONENTS. REMOVE AND CLEAN THROTTLE BODY. ASSEMBLE TOGETHER AND MAKE ALL NECESSARY ADJUSTMENTS. TEST ALL AFFECTED AREAS.
