- Upon confirming the customer’s complaint, it was found that the right-side headlight connector exhibits damage, and the ABS unit adjacent to it has a significant hole caused by heated wiring. To address these issues, we propose removing the ABS unit and fabricating a custom bracket to seal the hole, thereby preventing future damage from moisture or water ingress. During this process, we will also inspect the headlight wiring harness and perform the necessary repairs to ensure a proper connection. These steps will help maintain the integrity and functionality of both the ABS unit and the headlight system.
- REMOVE ALL NECESSARY COMPONENTS TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE ABS UNIT. EXTRACT THE ABS UNIT AND FABRICATE CUSTOM PLATE TO COVER AND SEAL THE HOLE, PREVENTING FUTURE MOISTURE INGRESS. REPAIR THE HEADLIGHT WIRING HARNESS, ENSURING ALL WIRES ARE INSERTED INTO THEIR PROPER CAVITIES. REASSEMBLE ALL COMPONENTS, ENSURING ALL WIRES ARE PROPERLY HARNESSED. TEST ALL AFFECTED SYSTEMS TO CONFIRM FUNCTIONALITY.
