- Connected a scan tool and found code P0155 – O2 Sensor Heater Circuit (Bank 2 Sensor 1) and found code P0134 – O2 Sensor Circuit No Activity Detected (Bank 1 Sensor 1). . Performed a road test while monitoring live scan tool data and observed the oxygen sensor (B2-S1) parameter was erratic. Inspected the oxygen sensor (B2-S1) wiring harness and connector and detected no obvious faults. With the ignition on and the engine off, used a multi-meter to check for the presence of voltage and ground at the oxygen sensor (B2-S1) connector and found both were present. Using the multi-meter, checked for continuity of the oxygen sensor (B2-S1) and found continuity was not present, indicating the oxygen sensor (B2-S1) was faulty.
