    • Performed a visual inspection of the air conditioning system components, and found no obvious faults. Connected air conditioning refrigerant manifold gauges to the refrigerant high and low service ports. Started the engine and switched the air conditioning to the max position with the blower motor fan on high. The pressures observed on the manifold gauges were within the specified value, which indicated a proper refrigerant charge. Used an electronic leak detector, inspected for refrigerant leaks, and found none. All necessary components in the AC system are functioning normally. However, based on the symptoms described by the customer, we believe it is possible that the blower motor or the blower motor resistor stops working once it becomes too hot after prolonged use. While replacing these two components may not definitively resolve the issue, it is a recommended initial step. The customer has agreed to proceed with this replacement, understanding the associated risks.
    • REMOVE ALL NECESSARY COMPONENTS TO GAIN ACCESS INSIDE THE CABIN OF THE CAR UNDERNEATH THE DASH BY THE GLOVE COMPARTMENTS. REMOVE AND REPLACE THE BLOWER MOTOR AND BLOWER MOTOR REGULATOR. REASSEMBLE AND MAKE ALL NECESSARY ADJUSTMENTS. TEST ALL AFFECTED SYSTEMS.
