    • FIRST, THE VEHICLE IS SECURELY LIFTED TO ACCESS THE UNDERCARRIAGE, AND THE COOLANT IS DRAINED BY OPENING THE DRAIN VALVE OR REMOVING THE LOWER RADIATOR HOSE. AFTER DRAINING, THE RADIATOR HOSES, FAN SHROUD, AND ANY CONNECTED SENSORS OR WIRING HARNESSES ARE CAREFULLY DISCONNECTED. THE OLD RADIATOR IS THEN UNBOLTED AND REMOVED, WITH SURROUNDING COMPONENTS LIKE HOSES, CLAMPS, AND COOLING FANS INSPECTED FOR WEAR. IF NECESSARY, WORN PARTS ARE REPLACED. THE NEW RADIATOR IS THEN POSITIONED AND SECURED, WITH ALL MOUNTING BRACKETS REATTACHED AND TIGHTENED ACCORDING TO MANUFACTURER SPECIFICATIONS. THE FAN SHROUD, HOSES, SENSORS, AND WIRING ARE RECONNECTED, AND THE COOLING SYSTEM IS REFILLED WITH THE CORRECT TYPE AND AMOUNT OF COOLANT. THE SYSTEM IS BLED TO REMOVE AIR POCKETS, AND THE ENGINE IS STARTED TO REACH OPERATING TEMPERATURE WHILE MONITORING FOR LEAKS OR ISSUES. A FINAL INSPECTION ENSURES THAT THE RADIATOR AND COOLING SYSTEM ARE FUNCTIONING PROPERLY BEFORE THE VEHICLE IS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
    • REMOVE ALL NECESSARY COMPONENTS. REMOVE AND REPLACE LEFT SIDE AXLE ASSEMBLY. ASSEMBLE TOGETHER AND MAKE ALL NECESSARY ADJUSTMENTS. TEST ALL AFFECTED AREAS.
    • REMOVE AND REPLACE THE RACK AND PINION BY LIFTING AND SECURING THE VEHICLE. DEPRESSURIZE THE POWER STEERING SYSTEM AND DISCONNECT TIE ROD ENDS AND STEERING SHAFT. REMOVE MOUNTING BOLTS TO TAKE OUT THE OLD RACK AND PINION. INSPECT SURROUNDING COMPONENTS AND REPLACE IF NECESSARY. INSTALL THE NEW RACK AND PINION, ENSURING PROPER ALIGNMENT AND SECURE MOUNTING. RECONNECT TIE RODS AND POWER STEERING LINES. REFILL WITH POWER STEERING FLUID AND BLEED THE SYSTEM TO REMOVE AIR POCKETS. TEST THE STEERING SYSTEM TO CONFIRM PROPER OPERATION.
    • THE PROCESS BEGINS WITH REMOVING AND REPLACING BOTH LOWER CONTROL ARMS AND BALL JOINTS. THE VEHICLE IS SECURELY LIFTED, AND THE OLD CONTROL ARMS AND BALL JOINTS ARE CAREFULLY DETACHED FROM THE SUSPENSION SYSTEM. THE NEW CONTROL ARMS AND BALL JOINTS ARE THEN ASSEMBLED TOGETHER AND INSTALLED, ENSURING PROPER ALIGNMENT AND SECURE ATTACHMENT. ALL NECESSARY ADJUSTMENTS ARE MADE TO ENSURE THE SUSPENSION OPERATES CORRECTLY, PROVIDING STABILITY AND HANDLING PERFORMANCE.
