Connected a scan tool and found code P0101 – Mass or Volume Air Flow "A" Circuit Range/Performance. At idle, used the scan tool to monitor the live data and found the mass airflow (MAF) sensor parameter was below specifications. Snapped the throttle while the MAF sensor was monitored on the scan tool and observed the MAF sensor did not increase to the specified range. Inspected the air inlet tube and the air intake system for leaks, but found no obvious faults. Using a smoke machine, induced smoke into the intake system to check for leaks, but no leaks were detected. Removed the MAF sensor for inspection, visually inspected the sensor's sensing element and found no obvious faults. Inspected the MAF sensor harness and connector and found no visible faults. Key on, used a multi-meter to check for the presence of the reference voltage and the signal ground and found both were present. At idle, backprobed the MAF sensor signal wire and monitored the sensor signal on a lab scope. Snapped the throttle and observed the MAF sensor signal was below the specification and did not increase at the specified rate. With the engine idling, monitored the MAF sensor on the scan tool, wiggled the MAF sensor and the engine wiring harnesses and observed no change in the MAF sensor parameter. The results of these tests verified the MAF sensor was faulty.
REMOVE ALL NECESSARY COMPONENTS. REMOVE AND REPLACE MASS AIR FLOW SENSOR AS WELL AS THE ENGINE AIR FILTER. ASSEMBLE TOGETHER AND MAKE ALL NECESSARY ADJUSTMENTS. TEST ALL AFFECTED AREAS.

Confirmed the customer's complaint and found the battery light was on. Performed a visual inspection of the battery cables and connections, but found no obvious faults. Used a multi-meter to measure the voltage across the battery terminals, and found the measured voltage was below specifications. Connected a battery charger, and charged the battery. Started the engine, used an alternator load tester to perform an alternator load test, and found the alternator failed the load test. Performed a visual inspection of the alternator wiring harness and connector terminals, but found no obvious faults. Used the multi-meter to check for battery voltage and ignition voltage at the alternator connectors, and found both were present. The results of these tests indicated the alternator was faulty.
REMOVE AND REPLACE ALTERNATOR. MAKE SURE ALL WIRES ARE INSERTED INTO PROPER CAVITIES. RE-ASSEMBLE BACK TOGETHER. CONNECT BATTERY. MAKE SURE ALL OTHER WIRES ARE HARNESSED PROPERLY. TEST ALL AFFECTED SYSTEM.

REMOVE AND REPLACE WIPER BLADES
Confirmed the customer's complaint and found the air conditioning was inoperative. Performed a visual inspection of the air conditioning system components, and found no obvious faults. Connected air conditioning refrigerant manifold gauges to the refrigerant high and low service ports. Started the engine and switched the air conditioning to the max position with the blower motor fan on high. The pressures observed on the manifold gauges were below the specified value, which indicated a low refrigerant charge. Used an electronic leak detector, inspected for refrigerant leaks, and found none. The results of these tests verified the air conditioning refrigerant charge was insufficient. VACUUM AN CHARGE A/C SYSTEM.
