Services Performed
- Confirmed the customer's complaint and found the front right tire was bent inward and had popped. Raised the vehicle on the lift and inspected the suspension components on the front right side. Discovered that the front right knuckle was damaged and bent inward. It is likely that the wheel bearing inside is compromised, or the customer may have driven over an obstacle, causing the damage. We recommend replacing the front right knuckle and the tire to restore proper function.
- REMOVE ALL NECESSARY COMPONENTS IN THE FRONT RIGHT SUSPENSION TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE KNUCKLE ASSEMBLY. CAREFULLY DISCONNECT AND REMOVE ANY LINKAGES, WHEEL HUB ASSEMBLY, AND ASSOCIATED HARDWARE. REMOVE AND REPLACE THE FRONT RIGHT KNUCKLE ASSEMBLY WITH A NEW UNIT, ENSURING PROPER ALIGNMENT AND SECURING ALL ATTACHMENTS. REINSTALL ALL REMOVED COMPONENTS AND MAKE ANY NECESSARY ADJUSTMENTS TO ENSURE PROPER FUNCTION. TEST ALL AFFECTED AREAS, INCLUDING SUSPENSION MOVEMENT AND ALIGNMENT, TO ENSURE VEHICLE SAFETY AND PERFORMANCE.
- INSTALL ONE USED TIRE ON RIM
